Welcome to Technivus Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Technivus Solutions is a digital innovation partner specializing in Branding, Web Design & Development, Custom Software (including Web & Mobile Applications, SaaS, and MVP Development), and Digital Marketing services. We are dedicated to building powerful digital solutions that help our clients achieve transformative growth.
We agree to provide the professional services as described in your specific proposal, scope of work, or service agreement. Project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and technical specifications will be exclusively outlined in your signed contract. All custom development work is provided on a project basis, and we do not grant source code ownership until final payment is received, unless otherwise negotiated in a separate agreement.
All payments must be made according to the schedule stated in your project agreement or invoice. A deposit is typically required to commence work. Late payments may result in a suspension of service and may incur late fees. All final deliverables, including design assets, code, and administrative access, will be transferred only upon receipt of full and final payment.
You agree to provide timely access to required materials, content, assets, and feedback. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to use it. Delays in providing necessary content or approvals may directly impact project delivery schedules and associated costs.
Upon full payment, you will be granted ownership of the final delivered work product as specified in our agreement. Technivus retains the right to display any completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party assets (e.g., stock imagery, fonts, software libraries, APIs) incorporated into your project are subject to their respective licenses and may involve ongoing fees.
Project quotes include a specified number of revision rounds for each phase. Additional changes or requests that fall outside the original project scope will be subject to a change order and may incur additional charges at our standard rates. Major new features or functionality require a new estimate.
Clients may cancel projects by providing written notice. Depending on the work completed and resources allocated, a partial refund may be issued. Please refer to our comprehensive [Refund Policy] for detailed eligibility and terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technivus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or performance of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We agree to treat all non-public client information and materials as confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if: a client engages in illegal, abusive, or unethical conduct; there is a material breach of these terms or the project contract; or payments are not made as agreed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
